Desperate need for guidance in divorce

My divorce case going on in family court. My wife says she wants to live with me. I have filed based on mental cruelty suffered by me and my parents. I have no solid proof to prove my sufferings. Son is 2 years old. Case going on 1 year and transferred to family court before 6 months. Judged ordered interim maintenance. I am ready to pay maintenance for child. Do i have grounds to get divorce. Arguments not started still in family court.
the person has not mentioned whether counseling services was completed or not. the person is ready to give maintenance to the son and he is also ready for living with the family. if he needs to complete he has to file CRP
