I have been married for the past 3 and half year and have 2 daughters aged 2 years and 6 month respectively. Now my wife wants divorce from me and want to keep the custody of both the child to her. Where as i want the custody of either both or any one child. Is it possible that i can keep the custody of the elder child. Or what best solution i have.

Hi,
Generally, the custody of a female child is granted to the mother till the child is 6 years of age. But you can talk with your wife and if you mutually come to an agreement then you will have a chance.
You can also fight for custody but it will be a long battle.
