Contested divorce against wife under cruelty

I filed divorce case against my wife under cruelty...out of 3yrs of marriage she did not live with me more than 4months ,frequent desertion also trying to vacate my parents from my own house in my hometown which is under loan in my name even though I am working in different city and taken separate home for rental for me and my wife ,she is using more abusive words against me and parents by using her father's police job ,her father is sub inspector so he is threatening me and my parents to obey as per their ideas,i have lot of call recordings of my wife and her father,my wife already dowry harassment complaint against me and my family which is later proved false by social welfare department ,hence I have no other option except to divorce her,we have 1yr old daughter,kindly tell Me how much alimony and maintainance I have to give to my wife and daughter, my gross salary is 48000 take home net pay after loan deduction is 34000,also tell me is there any risks to my government job?

when you have a ground for divorce on the ground of cruelty and discussion with moral and material evidence then you can proceed for a divorce under appropriate Court the court will decide of your matrimonial life and according to your salary and the children's education and welfare the court will decide the maintenance on the petition of your wife before your voice petition to have no obligation to maintain the children's application you can maintain
