Dear sir, I am a married person because of wife's behavior I had applied divorce in Bangalore and got divorce on July 2018. And my wife has filed HMOP, 498a, MC and DV case on me and my parents. Recently I had known that may be they are coming to compromise even we are thinking the same. Now what steps I have to take and I am afraid of future also. Please guide me.......
If you had already got Divorce, when how is it that the MC case is still pending? I'm not sure what is HMOP, but if your divorce has been granted, then it is strange that thr 498a, DV and MC are still pending. If you want to enter into compromise, then you can tell the Court to refer it to the Mediation Center. The Mediation Center will appoint a Mediator to your case who is a neutral party and will help both of you resolve your disputes.
