Complaint against Suspect, Dowry and Physical Harrasement

My marriage was held 5.5 Years back , I have a 1 Girl Child 4.5 Years. From the day of My Marriage till today he has suspect nature, he physically & Mentally harassing me by constructing relationship with his brother and my brother too and also with my house neighbors. He had 2 Engagement before my marriage & cancelled, due to his character. But we didn't know about this matter till marriage. At Marriage time they don't ask much jewels, cash & others. Only they are accepting what we given. My in law and her daughter ( She divorced from her hus) using my husband suspecting character, they are also harassing me by giving false information about my character, they approach my husband to beat and ask more money from parents. I am a adopted child to My Mother helder Sister. She is not married and dont have childern. her age is now 52. She have property in her name which was gifted from her father. My hus, inlaw forced me to register that property in my hus name and they failed.
