I wanted to know if my husband can file for a divorce after the loss of 2 children due to congenital issues ? Since its a consanganious marriage and we are married for 4 years now .
Mine is a christian marriage
if your husband filed petition you can file your defence statement they you can defend better he will file petition contesting are mutually divorce petition first you can check later we can take legal action
