Child in live in relationship before divorce

Sir I am Biswajit. A govt servant. I got married on 2011. But bcoz of some cause we separate after 1 year. But I filled divorce on 2017 and finally got divorce on 2018. But within that period means 2012 to till the date I am staying with my girlfriend and after divorce I again married to my GF. but we have child before getting divorce means my child born in 2016. So I want to know whether my child legally get all benefits such as medical and all dependant benefits ? Bcoz I remarried on 2018 after divorce but my child born on 2016. plz suggest sir..

since you are the biological father of the child who was born in 2012, the child is legally your child and is entitled to all dependent and medical benefits . the child is also entitled to claim maintenance from you and also claim. share of your property. your biological son will be your class 1 heir in accordance to succession laws
