Can POA be given when Iam abroard on Ex Parte Divorce Case in Hyd

Hi, Can I give POA to my father as Iam abroad on Ex Parte Hindu Marriage Divorce Case, Is there a supreme court rule that I have to come down personally, What is the procedure and can I be online on skype for the counselling and case proceedings. What are my rights and how can we do ? What sort of help can you provide.
Hello Madam, you can give Special Power of Attorney to your father to appear before the Family Court, but at the time of evidence, you need to come to Court and you have to appear before the Court. There is no skype facility yet, might be in future we can expect. On exparte Hindu Divorce case means, did your husband already got divorce wherein you are exparte, or you filed the divorce case and the court set him (ur husband) as exparte ?
