Your wife cannot claim any right in any of your families property, unless the partition of the same has been done. Your wife can only claim her maintenance under Section 125 CrPC or your personal law.

In case you anticipate her filing a false complaint against you and your family, i would strongly recommend you to go the police station and file a report about it, along with the proof such as whatsapp message, email, voice recording or any proof to support your claim about the false case only to arm twist you to get what she wants.

The best way to go for divorce is through mutual consent by both the parties, as that would be the fastest manner to get a separation without making the relations any more sour, else a contested matter for divorce may take years to attain finality.

Your wife have no rights except maintenance from you. She doesn't enjoy any property rights either in your mother's property or your own property.

She can approach police for charges of dowry harassment and physical beating etc. You should remain brave and defend same. Until the allegations gets proved in court, you will not be punished. In criminal Proceedings court is not going to award any portion of your property to her.
