Hi All. I don't wish to go court due to travel almost 5 hours so can my lawyer go to family court on behalf of me al the time?

yes after you sign the Vakalath and you engage your advocate you need not to go only for cross examination if you go that will be enough or for evidence if you that will he fine remaining your advocate can handle no issues

Dear Sir,
You may give Power of Attorney to one of your family member or your friend so that he can represent you before the Court. Normally, Advocates are not suppose to take Power of Attorney on behalf of their clients. You may discuss further details and work out further procedure and there is a procedure of video conference also if you are unable to attend the Court.
