Can I Sue Women Having Affairs With My Husband

My husband is having affair but I dont want to Divorce as i have child. I want to Sue the woman who is having affair with my husband as because of that lady my husband is abandoned me and my child
You can issue legal notice to her that if she continue remains in your husband's life then you will file case against her under the provisions of penal code as she is interfering your personal life. Instead of that you can inform your husband that you can take legal action against him.
