Hi...Can I put a case on husband for instant triple talaq on phone if i don't have any proof...I had a proof of his father recording saying he gave instant triple talaq but i don't have husband uttering it and now husband is denying it and saying i took khula... he said he wants to leave me so in anger I asked to give him triple talaq so he said it...they are having my msgs proof... so plz let me know what can i do... I don't know what was khula he said he will give talaq then I sent him msgs to give triple talaq in anger ....so what can be done... Can I Put A Case or not
