Can I get divorce after 1 month of marriage

dear sir, i am in love with a girl for past 4 years ,due to family issues i got married to someother girl 1 months back,and i want divorce from that girl now and again get married to the one i love. kindly give me the possible ways to get divorce sonner .( the girl i got married have intentions of taking revenge on me and have possibilty to drag divorce case )how to proceed with the issue. I am an hindu .
There is nothing wrong in you seeking divorce from this girl to marry that girl of your choice. Instead you should not have married this girl at all, but since your marriage has been solemnised, you have no choice than to wait for at least one year period to file divorce case against her. Before that you should gather some strong evidence against her to depict her cruel acts on you which shall be the base and ground for your proposed divorce case. The waiting period of one year is inevitable even if you both plan to go for mutual consent divorce. Some people may suggest that you file a permission petition under section 14 of the HMA for filing a petition within one year, but by the time the summon on that petition served on the respondent, she makes appearance, you let in your evidence and she hers, both side present their arguments that one year period will cross over hence instead of straining much on the useless issues, wait for completion of one year after you marriage and then proceed with the divorce case on the grounds of mental cruelty.

What is the minimum period for divorce?
The courts will only consider divorces with mutual consent when the couple agrees to divorce. The Indian Divorce Act of 1869 Section 10A requires that the couple be separated for a minimum of two years.
