Can I apply divorce since I am married on last November'2019 only

Dear friends, Reg Hindu Marraige Open Petition rules and regulations I need clarification. My wife abscond from my home after making issues in police station and got my gold and amount and filing family quarrel CSR on last mar'2019 and CSR closed on that day itself.. I have married on last November'2018 only. Still this is the seventh month from the date of marraige. my wife lies on her Age itself. I am 26.she is 24 in aadhar. But in her TC her D. O. B mentioned 1991.and according to certificate she completed her 10th on 2007.she is from andhra pradesh, and I am from Tamilnadu. While we working in chennai we love and marraige arranged by both parents in namakkal.after her abscond i have informed to her parents but they are not caring.they are the real parents we went to her home before marraige itself.i am having her family ration card.I got some audio calls that she is wrongly talking to three four boy friends.is this helpful?Please suggest how to handle this case?
