Can court order inlaws to take financial responsibility of daughter

If I sign divorce paper, can my daughter ask for her rights when she completes 18 years? My father in law is wealthy. Owning four houses and many properties. They wanted to settle in 33 lacs. Should I take them to court or mutual consent is better? They don't want to give gold given by them in marriage. Can court order them to give it to me? Our flat is joined name me, husband and mother in law. They want me to sign divorce and flat against 33 lacs. Can court help me out for flat as I don't have any other house? Also after divorce they are not ready for taking any financial responsibility of my daughter. Can court help me for that? They tortured me like anything but mentally. They have connections in police and financially stable so I am afraid of doing police case. Would it give me any result or not.Please help me out.
