Can court force the woman out of the house during Divorce proceedings

03-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had filed for an divorce. My wife hasn't showed up in first hearing but her lawyer was present. She had made plea from the court to stay in my house on the ground on bring unemployed and dependent. She harrasses me being in my house. She threatenes me of suicide and filing 498 against me during the course of divorce. Is there any provision to make her leave my house on the ground of court order.

Women have an indefeasible right to reside in the property of the husband as long as she is his wife. Unless and until the court grants divorce you cannot be evict her from it. she has the right to residence as well and you can face problems in case you try to get her evicted from the property
