i love a girl and she got married forcely by her parents. her husband torturing her mentally and physically using vry abusive language. if she leaves her husband without divorce and wants to live with me , then ss it possible that i can marry with her? is there any kidnapping case that her parents can do on me?
She can File Divorce case against the husband as well as file complaint case for cruelty but she can live separate. you can't marry at this time. you can not live with her. her husband can file complaint against yoyu for adultery.
