Respected Sir/Madam, I am an unmarried Hindu male. I am a salaried class employee staying in a house registered in my parents' name (ancestral). I have a plot of land registered in my name and I paying back the loan by EMI currently. My parents have other self-acquired property I wanted to know what I could do to safeguard my and parents' assets in case of a prospective contested divorce after marriage
