I have filed a divorce case and sent notice(contested) to husband in March. My lawyer says still no information if notice is recieved because courts are only taking urgent cases and no choice than to wait.Is it true? I don't have any financial support. And already paid fees to lawyer.

Yes Madam. Courts are also taking benefit COVID situation and court staff are very slow in sending notices as 50 percent of them remain absent. You may expedite the matter by taking permission by sending email request to the concerned Court.
