I have gone for a registry marriage recently amidst family & peer pressure. I am unhappy with the woman in question and sexually completely unattached to her. We aren't living together yet since the social marriage is still pending.
Can I apply for cancellation of this marriage
yes you can. just file nullity petition against her in court. your ground would be of force and lack of consent. evidence of that pressure should be brought by you. for that part we need to talk. also you can ask for a stay on social marriage until nullity petition is resolved.
