Amendment for including adulterer's name in a divorce petition

14-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Respected lawyers, I filed divorce on wife's adultery. I filed I.A. and prayed the Hon'ble court that, I don't know who is the third person (Adulterer) with whom wife cohabited and gave birth to a child. Please provide exemption for adding unknown adulterer as a co-respondent. Still I.A. is pending in Court. (I prayed DNA, and i successfully had shown my non access in the court and also court was convinced at my non access). Now, i came to know who is that Guy (Adulterer). I would like to file an amendment to include that person as a co-respondent. Shall i include that person as co-respondent...? Is it right to add that person at this stage..? If so, what are all the problems/burden i could face...? If i added that person court will look at me in doubt manner..?

Yes... you can add that person as second respondent. infact it is good to amend and add him as second respondent. Consult your advocate to add the party as second respondent. He will suggest you. Possibility for divorce is there.!
