Alimony amount calculation for Hindu person

I am Hindu.
My cousin is trying for divorse
His gross salary is Rs 30000/ month. I do not have any other benefits like PF Pension etc.
Monthly expenses are rs 15000
How much Alimony / maintenance I will have to pay?
Wife is not earning
1) It is discretion of Court to fix alimony.
2) It is depend upon living standard,social status, minimum maintenance amount requirement,place of residence of husband and wife.
3) There is no such fix formula to fix maintenance amount.

in this case you have to file maintenance application u/s125 of cr p c before the court wherein all the documents regarding income of your husband and your expenses will be examined and then alimony will be granted
