Can I demand alimony without divorce? Because I have doubt that my husband will not consider us in future. He is having extra marrital affair. But he want me as well as that girl. I don't want to give him divorce.
Dear Queriest, as per your query you can demand alimony but there should be such grounds where the honorable court can grant alimony for the same. and if the case you have said is the case then the court may definitely grant you alimony. And if you don't want to divorce your husband then too it can be done
