After notice from apex court in divorce case wife lodged FIR

Dear Sir/Mam, Divorce case filed by me on cruelty ground but it accepted in the apex court and issue notice to respondent. After getting information of notice respondent lodged FIR in 498A, and other charges in counterblast against notice. Again I went to apex court for justice, Apex court ordered interim protection against arrest till the next hearing but not stay the proceeding of enquiry. In enquiry , IO threatened to file wrong chargesheet and making pressure due to influence by respondent. I want to know one thing what remedy I have in lower court against proceeding if matter already pending in apex court.
