Its been five years m married. We r of different community.. although same religion. He was not at all serious about future..he don't do job.. not ready to take responsibilities. Now i cnt continue n want to separate..wat should i do. My parents have not yet accepted our shadi. N legally not registered.
You can approach proper court for divorce through a Advocate. I need to know more about the marriage like whether it's solemnized in temples or else? where you have had performed your marriage etc.
