Adultery - Filed declaration suit to not use name as father - violated

I filed Divorce petition in family Court on the part of wife's adultery; Court allowed DNA petition and granted the divorce on the part of wife's adultery. But ex-wife using my name and my surname in her child's records. So i filed declaration suit to not to use my name and my surname in her child's records. Court allowed declaration suit and passed the directions to ex-wife to not to use my name and surname to her child in any records. But ex-wife continuing in using my name and my surname in her child's Aadhar card and school records. I have the evidence of those.
Please suggest me what i have to do.
Is it possible to arrest her for violation of court's order.?
