What to do my competitor is spreading rumors

I am running an education institute and my competitor is spreading a rumor on his facebook page that my institute has changed its name to his institute and misguiding my customers. I have trademark of my institute name. What to do ?
Hello client hru.i have read ur query as per which ur competitor is trying to mislead ur clients as which he is displaying this Information tht ur institute is merged with his institute as well as ur also having a trade mark of ur coaching center as well .in this matter u have to take legal action.
