Using abusive language and uploading images on fb

Hello Sir/mam Someone is taunting me for the last few months on fb and has taken my photo and uploaded it on fb and used very abusive words for me on that. It downgraded me and made it very difficult for me to go out in the society. He is also black mailing me that he has my video and he will delete the Same if I will pay for that. His friend circle is also with him and is commenting on the same that carry on we are with you. They are mentally harassing me . Kindly let me know with which sections they can be booked
