Unauthorised access to gmail id &changing the password by Husband

My sister marriage happened May, 2017
,My sister made a domestic violence complaint to CAW etc against her Husband& in laws.
She has proof with regard to her complaint in her Mobile Phone & screenshot of bad & wrong whatsapp msg that her husband was sending.
Now, her Husband has unauthorisely access the personal gmail id of her and changed the password of the gmail id of my sister. He did not have the password of the gmail id. But the Mobile no, registered in the gmail id was in husband name.
Also He has many times sending whatsapp msg, in one of them he claims that my sister has gone under abortion two times on saying of her mother.
This is completely false and ridiculous to hear. what legal proceedings &: under what IPC/IT ACT he can be booked if found guily of changing password unauthorisely/hacking her gmail id.
and By sending this abortion whatsapp msg (we have screenshots of that msg) Do this is a case of outraging the modesty of a woman? or under what IPC he can be booked???
as you are saying that your sister have got marriage in 2018 may.sinve there marriage your sister is facing a domestic voilance sections n her matrimonial home just after her marriage.she is been facing domestic voilance at peak heights.your sister have got proof of domestic voilance in her mobile phone.when her in-laws along with her husband came to know tht about this after that they tried to take possession of her mobile and password .so they tried to hacked the Gmail I'd of your sister in this condition as described by you.its for sure Ur sister husband along with her parents will get prosecuted very badly.and will get punishment defenatelly
