Taking a video without consent

A patient party took a video of me at my workplace without my consent. I was just doing my job. And I am afraid he will upload it and will cause serious damage to my reputation and career. What actions can I can take legally before he can do that
if he or she does it or doesnot also but you can lodge a complaint against him on grounds of outraging womans modesty if you are a lady at the sametime before doing such a complain you can take such person over writing via sms or text messaging requesting him or her to delete with a cool mind conversation then the trap would be perfect
