I have been a victim of online shopping fraud of following website "laxbazar.com"
I ordered a iphone 11 from the website and paid using my credit card a sum of Rs 32900. Payment was enabled through Paytm app. This transaction was done on 28th Dec 2019, however now when i try reaching the contact numbers on the website they seem to be unresponsive and frequently changing.
Till yesterday the number was reflecting as 7210680514 but now it is showing as 9599534143. The latest number is active on whatsapp and i have added screenshot of the same.There is no response from these numbers.
The site is selling fake products and i recieved android device in cheap look alike iphone design. The address on the webiste is same as on the parcel that was sent to me via speed post by:
"Vivek Kumar, plot 36/12, Sector 24, Faridabad - 121005".
What can i do to get my money back.
you can file cheating against them and even consumer case for deceiving duplicate iPhone as original iPhone so that you can recover your money and submit the documents to the investigation officer or court. before proceed see the terms and conditions of website .
