Lost my phone but the thief messaged my contacts and abused people

I lost my phone.
But the thief messaged and called my contacts and abused them,
Now one of my friends is threatening me to file a complaint against me. She is saying I m the one who abused her on whatsapp and call
But I filed a FIR that I lost my phone , on the same day when I lost my phone,
I have copy of FIR
What should I do now?
you are not responsible for which is done by your phone if you FIR copy of such detail I mean your theft phone you can you can show her if she want any legal proceedings against you you are not responsible for anything and without listen youthey can't take any legal action AGAINST you
