Issue with current organisation. Please Advise

Am working with a private organisation as a sales manager which had an issue recently. Am Accused # 3 for the case and now company is trying to play safe that i did wrong and trying to portray that Am wrong. But the issue is purely a customer and executive over promise issue. Currently the lawyer we have has been appointed by Company. Am in confusing state what to do ?? Dont know to whom should i approach. Am from a middle class family and cant afford big lawyers. Am still with same company as we dint get our salaries from last 2 months and waiting for it. Once i get salary should i leave and opt for personal lawyer or should i believe the company lawyer and leave rest to him. Please advise.
