I want to take action bench clerk and opposite lawyer of my husband

I filled a fir case against my husband and their family members in the year of 2015.fir case is going in judicial magistrate court no.2.ow there is no judge.judge will come after 2 month.on 21-1-2020 my husband and their families didn't come to the court.but bench clerk has written as their present on 21-1-2020.yesterday I went to the court and I asked about thatbench clerk she didn't replied me properly
