Recently i got married. Somebody unknown person is spreading fake news like I've illigal affairs with someone. it is badly effecting my family life. Already registered complaint in cyber crime but no use. Kindly suggest what to do.

If you have the FIR number you can meet the commissioner , cyber crime and ask for status report. If investigation is making slow progress, commissioner may ask the investigation officer to Speed up and also direct social media to stop publishing any post which may have direct/indirect resemblance to you
