Deal denied even after token amount payment

I finalized a property with NoBroker. On request, i paid the token amount. After getting the amount, they are forcing me to buy unnecessary nobroker services. They communicated on mail that if i don't buy their services, they will do the deal with other buyer and refund my token money. It is harassment and waste of my time.
