Cyber criminal who wants to kill me mentally or send me to depression.

This person has hacked by computer on all social sites like yahoo messenger , Facebook, Orkut and even my mobile phone hacked .He didnt let me talk and go social sites blocking me everwhere.Just keep sending me unknown photographes , messages, opinion, etc. Sent me on huge depression . Already attempted to kill me he even washed my mind to commit suicide. How can I go legal on him. He is already arrested for some cause few days ago. I want to file an additional case on him without getting involved in legal procedures or coming infront of social media. I don't even have much money to run the case. How can I go with the same . Please suggest me any helping hand or govt support to take appropriate actions against the same.
