Cyber Bullying any my personal life- I need to charge each person

My photo and video have been shared in social media without my consent explaining as I do masterbate multiple times in day but it is not 100% true and it is been around India with very very viral content for name assassination, I do not have that proof and I need to deceive these kind of brutal behavior people. I need to charge each person Rs25,000 for the sharing it without my consent because charging idiots these will only stop to unknown person;s personal life & the law should penalize who involves in sharing it also not only who creates the origin. Please I can not face this bullying and I can not even go out.
