Prostitution is illegal in India and is punishable under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 is the primary law that governs prostitution in India and provides for the prevention of trafficking in persons for the purpose of prostitution.

If you have information about a call girl service that is involved in prostitution or trafficking of persons, you can take the following legal steps:

  1. File a complaint with the police: You can approach the local police station and file a complaint against the call girl service. The police will investigate the matter and take necessary action under the law.

  2. File a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): If you feel that the local authorities are not taking appropriate action, you can file a complaint with the NHRC. The NHRC is an independent statutory body that investigates complaints related to human rights violations.

  3. Seeking the help of NGOs and social workers: There are several NGOs and social workers who work for the rehabilitation and welfare of women involved in prostitution. They can provide assistance and support to the victims and help them in seeking legal remedies.

Is it crime to chat with call girl?

It is not illegal to chat with a girl on the phone, but it is illegal to hire women for sexual services if you are caught. Sending such a message to a woman is also illegal unless she offers such a thing. If someone is trying to extort money from you, then you should file a police report against them.

What is the role of call girl?

Call girls or female escorts are prostitutes who, unlike street walkers, do not advertise their profession in public. They also dont work at an institution such as a brothel. However, they may be employed by a escort agency. Clients must call a number to make an appointment.

Dear client. First of all you need not to say ever that you do not need your money back. As it is your own money earned by you. Second if you have details of said numbers and the detsils mode of transaction then without any delay Lodge an f.i.r. to nearest police station and if police advise to make it to cyber cell then do the same without any delay disclosing the mob. Numbers and also peoviding the details.

Engaging in activities related to prostitution or soliciting sexual services is illegal in India as per the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Paying for the services of a call girl falls under this category. As such, it may be challenging to seek legal recourse for the situation you described. However, if you believe you have been a victim of fraud, you may consider reporting the incident to the police and providing them with any relevant evidence or information.
