Company used my mobile to read my what's app messages and hacked Gmail

The the company which I am working in , accessed my what's app messages and also my Gmail messages without giving any legal notice or even questioning or enquiring behind this hacking procedure . I was never provided with appointment letter and terms and conditions at the time of appointment and no written complaint is registered or no written notice is been provide before they read my messages ... can I file cyber crime complaint against the company ?
Hi...you can file a complaint against them in cyber crime police station or any local police station . In India it is offence that haking some ones personal details without there permissions from the appropriate government.
