In my office, CCTV is involved at workplace. It records images as well as sound. Can it be used for recording conversations of employees and later used as evidence?
Yes, it can be used, as evidence, but it needs to be clear and upon certification under evidence act and by a government organisation will be mandatory when you will use as evidence, storing them properly with date and time is important too
