Sir, I am selected in revenue department. There was a case against me in 2017 and pay fine of 3000 in court (IPC 294)(Case Number. :CC/0501316/2017 judicial first class magistrate Thrissur district in Kerala). I had evidence oppose, but because of examination i accept the judgment by confessing the crime. if criminal case filed on a person how it effect on his govt job appointment ?
This case never affects your government job. If you get the job after disposal of the case , it will never affect your government job. Simple fine cases in court do not affect government jobs. Fine cases will end when you pay the fine.
