Can I be charged for sending message to an unknown number?

I found contact number of a lady written inside train with sexually abusive comments. I messaged to the same number and informed her about this. Later i deleted the message as i thought it is wierd.
Next day her son called me and i told him about this. Now he is going to file cyber case against all who messaged his mother.
I sent only one message to inform her with good intention. So Will there be any charges against me?
