A person is harassing, bullying and stalking me and asking for nudes

I am a youtuber and recently i met a guy and he became my friend but now he is stalking me on everywhere, harassing me in any way possible , he gave a fake strike on my youtube channel and even asking for nudes. He even posted my some personal pictures on social media. I have his number but that is fake because is some kind of ethical hackers and i dont know what to do, today he banned my instagram account. Please give me some suggestions what can i do when i dont even have his real identity.
you need to file an FIR against that person before the police station and you may also file the complaint cyber police station. if police does not lodge the FIR you may approach the magistrate and file complaint through an advocate.
