A Guy Threaten to harm them self if i leave Him

I Use to talk to a guy casually, but just as a friend, Their is nothing else from my side and now not even friendship since that guy tried to come more closer to me.
I tried to clear their is nothing more then friendship but that Guy started threatening me "If i Leave him he'll Kill him self or harm him self", i got scared and manipulated by him and continued to talk with willing less.
Now I blocked That Guy and from every where and deleted my No. too .
But I Don't know what to do if that guy comes to Face and threaten my family to
Could i get some urgent advice What to do .
PS: That Guy is of SC/ST Category, I guess this give's him some special Legal rights

No need to worry, you can register an FIR with police at nearest Police Station explaining them details.
law doesnot give him set of certain rights to commit an offence, just because he his sc/st. Sc/st have some protections but there is nothing like this that prevent them from punishments when they are culpables.
