41a notice & FIR registered for renaming X accounts posting tweets

Sir / Madam I live in Delhi I am a patient of Bipolar Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder & Depression recently received 41a notice & a FIR is registered in section 419, 500 & 68 IT. I have not done anything knowingly & in state of bad mind & intoxication of anti psychotics. Police is telling they will arrest me after filing chargesheet soon please guide me suitably.

after the bail is granted , you need to contest the case before the magistrate
