Scraps not come as per sales contract and BL from supplier. Our CHA not take proper images of container at CFS. I talk with supplier . Supplier told me that materials is not mine. we have not avaiable any images or proof of material. still material avaiable at CFS. can you give my about legal action against supplier ??
You may initiate discusstion with your supplier regarding the discrepancies and convince hi for accepting the consignment back. Post which procedure for re-export of the goods can be initiated. You can claim damages in terms of the contract with the supplier.
