Hi, Hope you have the medical reports from the treating doctor as to the gravity of the injuries. If you had any CC TV camera in your office and if the incident has been recorded then it would be a good evidence to prove case. Instead of filing the case on the State, better you file the petition in the court under sec 166,166A, 167 of IPC. Also you may approach the Lokayuktha and file a complaint on the issue that you have faced. Court Fees will be meagre if its a criminal petition unless you file a civil defamation suit for 100 crore against the state.
