Women abusement in work place and social media

A female state govt. Officer has been harassed and physically assulted by her staffs and also making video of it uploaded in social media. Numerous slang comments were also exchanged in social media group against her.can she file a case aganist those culprit? What charges can be put on?
The aggrieved person may make a complaint of sexual harassment U/S 9(1) of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention etc.) Act to the Internal Committee or the Local Committee at the workplace within a period of 3 months from the date of the incident and in case of series of incidents, within a period of 3 months from the date of last incident.
