Withdrawal Of Money From Bank Account Of My Deceased Father

My father expired on 03/07/2019. My younger sister on 06/07/2019 tranferred the entire bank balance of my father into her bank account wothout intinating the bank about the demise of my father. My sister transferred the amount through a cheque already signed by my father before his death without any discussing with me. I am the only son. But the cheque date is 06/07/2019 i.e. on a date later the date of death of my father. What will be the criminal punishment she will face now? And how to proceed in this situation to restore get back my share through legal procedure??
